Celebrated 71st Republic Day at West Sector Central Industrial Western Headquarters (CISF Unit)
DIYA Mumbai celebrated 71st Republic Day of India at West Sector of Central Industrial Western Headquarters (CISF unit),Kharghar. By means of Pragya Songs DIYA paid tribute to the heroes who have served and are serving the country. Breaking the trend of mundane filmy songs, DIYA Pragya Geet Circle Anushaktinagar under the guidance of Smt Jyothi Tripathi, Shri Bhandakarji, Shri S K Kaul, Shri A.N. Verma expressed country’s pride by Pragya Songs. The words, the bhavas of Pragya Songs is like that of instant glucose which reaches out to Jawan’s mind and heart instantaneously. It evokes national pride amongst all of us and towards our country. The songs reminds us our culture, civilisation and tenents of sacrifice which forms the foundation of our country.
Team DIYA gave a brief introduction of the youth movement which is conceptualised by Late Dr Abdul Kalamji and revered Dr Pranav Pandyaji during the visit of former to second convocation of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya in Haridwar in 2006. DIYA finds expression through their multifarious activities. DIYA conducts extensive educational and philanthropic work for welfare of masses. These activities cover different areas of human need and social welfare such as blood donation, education, health, organic farming, rural development, self-employment, food ,medical relief, plantation, hygiene and cleanliness, deaddiction, public health, women’s welfare, inter-faith understanding, moral life, spiritual guidance, relief to victims of calamities and others. The very first step in the three main spiritual paths of Karma, Bhakti and Jnána is selfless service and discipline. Jawans demonstrate supreme service for nation. They sacrifice so that our dreams can become a reality.
Jyothi & Rahul Tripathiji and team had printed a small booklet of all songs to be sung so that all Jawans can joinand sing together. The Jawans also sang few songs and read poems. A special Magic show was also kept for entertainment of children of CISF jawans. These were proud and blissful moments to sing with jawans of CISF unit and see a smile on their faces.
